CANDLE SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

  • Never leave a burning candle unattended.
  • Never use water to extinguish a candle.
  • Ensure wicks are upright and trimmed to 7 mm (1/4 inch) during use and each time candle is re-lit.
  • Do not burn any Heavenly Nature Scent soy candle for less than 1 hour or more than 4 hours at a time.
  • Stop burning when 10 mm (1/2 inch) of un-melted wax residues in the bottom of the glass of your Heavenly Nature Scent soy candles.
  • Never move a burning candle. Ensure candle is extinguished, wax is solid and jar is cold before handling.
  • The container glass may become hot. Burn the candle on a very stable flat heat-resistant surface.
  • Avoid using in uncomfortable or dangerous areas, near an open window, air duct or fan.
  • Keep away from children, pets and any kind of flammable materials.
  • Do not use the lid to directly extinguish the candle.

 

CANDLE CARE GUIDE

How to get the best performance out of your Heavenly Nature Scent Soy Candle:

 

  • To prevent soot from forming on the glass keep the wicks properly placed and trimmed.
  • Never allow the candle flame to come directly in contact with the side of the glass.
  • Do not use if the container glass is cracked, chipped or broken.
  • If the soy candle has multiple wicks, they must all be lit every time the candle is used.
  • Never place any liquids or foreign objects into the candle and keep it free of wick trimmings, matches and any flammable materials.
  • If the glass becomes blackened while burning, extinguish candle, allow to cool and clean the side affected glass with a dry paper towel or any wet wipes.
  • When it is not in use, keep the candle covered to avoid dust build-up.
  • Use a candle snuffer to properly extinguish a candle flame. If not available, blow gently and steadily on the flame until it is extinguished.
  • Container candle burn times will vary. Fragrance, color, burning habits and environmental conditions affect the time where a candle will last.
